1 Clean + 2 Jerks
Clean & Jerk (1 + 2) 5×2 at 70% 1RM Rest as needed between sets.
Perform 5 sets of 2 reps at 70% of your 1RM C&J of, 1 Clean and 2 Jerks (SPLIT). Work on consistency hitting your marks on the jerk.
We will be open 4th of July for 7 & 9:30 am classes only and CLOSED for all PM classes
Saturday July 5th we WILL be OPEN for 7 & 9 am class!! 9 am class is a TEAM WOD that is open to ALL for FREE so come on in and give us a try!!!

Tomorrow at CrossFit San Gabriel Valley we will be holding an event honoring Navy Srgt Michael Murhpy who lost his life fighting for our country.
At first glance this workout looks tough, BUT remember WHY we are doing it – to honor… our servicemen. The workout is scalable to ANY fitness level and we will also let there be teams! We want everyone to be able to participate and pay tribute on this Memorial Day!
Event for non CF SGV members is $10 – FREE to all active and inactive servicemen. Portion of the proceeds will be donated to San Dimas Heroes Foundation.

The new year started out great adding new members to the SGV family that are already killing it with their muscle ups, pull ups, bar muscle up, double unders, OLY and pushing our veterans to step it up and most of all having FUN!!!
