We were honored to be part of the reunion of a “Marine and his doc” last night as Aj Mount worked out side by side with our 5 pm class as Jeff coached!! It was an honor to have you push our athletes tonight!!!

Join our Weight Lifting Program with USAW Certified Coach Jeff Vinzon.

Classes meet every Tuesday & Thursday 3-5pm, and Sunday 9-11am.

Athletes receive their own custom program based on their needs and skill level.

Weight Lifting class is included in our Unlimited Monthly Membership OR we offer Class for $75/month for those who just want to do Weight Lifting!
